We are proudly based in Indonesia, the homeland of authentic Luwak coffee. Rumacoffee has been in the coffee business since 2014, with over 10 years of experience in sourcing and roasting premium beans.


2. What makes your Luwak coffee different?

We specialize in wild Luwak coffee, collected from civets that roam freely in their natural habitat. Unlike farmed or caged civets, wild civets choose only the ripest, highest-quality coffee cherries—resulting in a more refined, unique taste and a more ethical process.


3. How long does order processing take?

Order processing typically takes around 2 business days before your package is shipped.


4. How long does shipping take?

We use standard international shipping, which takes approximately 5 to 14 working days, depending on your destination country.


5. Do you accept product returns?

Due to the high cost of international shipping, we currently do not accept product returns. However, we take great care to ensure all products are shipped in excellent condition and meet our strict quality standards.
